On November 1st, the saying on my calendar was
November is the time to count our many blessings – name them one by one.
So, I am going to do just that. I am going to take one blessing from each day. Something that really blessed me that day, not just a blessing in general, and write it out here. Sometimes we ignore the little blessings and that is what I am going to look for each day.
Blessing #12 – Today we were blessed with a day off from school which allowed us to travel early to my parents’ home for the weekend. We are having a family Christmas this weekend and we left this morning to drive up and get everything ready for the day. We swam in the pool at the hotel, ate lots of food and spent time with family today.
