This Japanese children’s book was first published there in 2020 under the title Neko wa Suppori. This English version proves cats are the same, no matter where they live.
This book easily could have been the story of our cat, Stormy. She spends her days rolling around on the floor, stretching, scratching, chasing her tail, eating and drinking, hopping in and out of boxes, bathing, and yes….pooping. This board book takes young children into a day in the life of a cat. I could have done without the litter box, but kids will get a kick out of it I am sure.
With repetitive text, young children will soon be able to read along and act out the actions of the cat.
The cat rolls wherever it likes.

With each sentence of the cat’s actions, a simple drawing matches what the cat is doing with three repetitions of the action. Soon kids will be able to read the whole book to themselves. This book is great for a family with a pet cat or those looking to get one.
