Today I did something new. I stepped out of my comfort zone and was a guest on a podcast where we talked about it being okay to say “No” to things. As a “Yes” person, this has been hard for me.

In October, I shared the book RIGHT NOW MATTERS: Empowering Right-Now Women in a Culture of Distraction by Julie Lefebure. This book has been life-changing for me and so many other women, including friends of mine. Julie Lefebure is also the host of a podcast called. “Encouragement for Real Life” and I was a guest on her podcast today. In the episode, I shared my struggles with saying “Yes” when I should be saying “No”. I also talked a bit about grieving the loss of my dad. I hope this episode encourages you and blesses you. Thanks to Julie for having me as a guest on her podcast today. Click below to listen to Julie’s podcast!
