Feature Friday is a new series I’ll be running on Fridays. I have so many great books to tell you about and they are piling up in my reading room. Unfortunately, there is not enough time in my day to share them all. I’m starting a new feature on my social media channels where I’ll share a quick video review of a few books. I’ll be featuring a variety of books, including children’s, middle-grade, young adult, or adult fiction and nonfiction.

CHRONICLE BOOKS KID QUEST
The Game Where Kids Find Out What Grown-ups Were Like as Kids
2+ Players
Ages 5-99
This great family game can be played casually or competitively. With 8 categories like school life, home life, or humor, kids get to ask the grown-ups questions about their life as a kid. Questions like “What’s the most memorable vacation or trip you took?”, “Did you ever do something to get in trouble at school?”, or “What was the first thing you ever bought for yourself?” offer your child a glimpse into the parents’ lives. These questions are sure to spark bigger conversations and offer life lessons. Kids Quest makes a great stocking stuffer this Christmas.
WHERE’S RANDOLPH?
A Hide-and-Seek Lift-the-Flap Book

Fiction
Interactive Board Book
I previously shared a couple of picture books by Marianna Coppo that I just loved. FISH AND CRAB is such a great bedtime story. THE BOOK THAT CAN READ YOUR MIND will WOW your kids with its mind-reading powers. Randolph is a bear that loves to play hide-and-seek but he isn’t very good at it, which is sure to make your toddlers giggle. Since it’s snowing outside and Randolph tries to hide under a Christmas tree, it would be perfect for gifting this Christmas!
Thanks to Chronicle Kids and Twirl for sending this book and game for the purpose of this review. If you choose to purchase through the above links, I may receive a small commission without you having to pay a cent more for your purchase.
